Located in a suburban shopping centre amid a heavily populated area approx 20 km North-West
of Brisbane CBD.

The shopping centre houses many shops / services required on a day-to-day need e.g. Major
Supermarket, cafe's etc.

Great roadside visibility with good access and ample parking

The store is approx 10 years old.

There is an extensive library of approx 12,000 movies and games

The store is ideally suited to an Owner/Operator

The reason for the sale is genuine due to family reasons

Full training is required prior to settlement. This is conducted in Sydney for 1 week. There
is also the need to spend 1 week working in a Brisbane store.

The franchisor offers ongoing support with: Buying, Marking, Merchandising etc (including
Monthly meetings in Brisbane)

A convention is held every 2 years - usually overseas, e.g. Hawaii, Hong Kong!
